Oi!

Some synergies to consider: Cryptic Gateway, Ruby Medallion, Emerald Medallion, Nogi, Draco-Zealot, Sarkhan, Soul Aflame, Taigam, Ojutai Master, Guardian Project, Toski, Bearer of Secrets, Steely Resolve, Thornscape Familiar, Ancient Copper Dragon, Goldspan Dragon, Cavern-Hoard Dragon, Terror of the Peaks, Scion of the Ur-Dragon

I know most of these aren't Dragon's but when you're trying to quickly fill the field with a bunch of big ole chonkers, you need cost reduction and Ramp! I'd also recommend more Rocks and Dorks to that end, as well as a few and/or rituals. I could easily see this build being overwhelmingly threatening within the first 5 turns of the game if tweaked a bit.

Gambler's Fallacy

Enchantment

Whenever a player flips a coin, they lose that flip. When you lose a coin flip this way, target player loses 1 life and you lose 1 life. (Each player is a loser for as long as Gambler's Fallacy remains on the battlefield.)

"Come on, I'm due for a win!"

Create a familiar. It can be like the X-scape Familiar cycle (Thornscape Familiar), the Commander Familiar cycle (Esior, Wardwing Familiar), or something else (Jackal Familiar).

The simplest answer is that what you pay for a spell is not always equal to the converted mana cost/mana value.

The mana value, until recently called converted mana cost, is an inherent and unchangeable property of a card. It's generally found by taking the generic mana cost in the top right corner, then adding 1 for each colored mana symbol.

What you actually pay for a spell is very changeable. It can be increased by cards like Jade Leech , decreased by cards like Thornscape Familiar , or changed completely by cards like Fist of Suns . None of these affect the CMC/MV number.

Chalice of the Void checks the inherent and unchanging mana value, not what was actually paid.

Deck Update 12/11:

I reduced the mana count by 1. But in return added a little more cost reduction and do not see too much of an impact from this particular change. Removed Karametra, God of Harvests , Archangel of Thune , and Aurelia, the Warleader due to them being a bit pricey and slow. Added Wilderness Reclamation , Shifting Ceratops and Atla Palani, Nest Tender in their place. As these cards are faster and synergise a bit better with the deck. Forerunner of the Empire was replaced by Marauding Raptor as it fits into the tribal portion of the deck better and has again more synergy. The Immortal Sun was dropped due to being to pricey and slow as well. Replaced by Urza's Incubator , a cheaper cost reduction. Thornscape Familiar replaced by Knight of the Stampede . This is due to Knight being a bit better of a cost reducer. Rhythm of the Wild added due to being a better weapon against control and has the option to make the dino's bigger or have haste.
