A deck I'm making for a friend. He gave me this commander and said he wanted a deck with heroic creatures but not token generation (it's overplayed in our play group).

Anyway, this is what I've come up with so far. I'd be more than happy to hear any suggestions. Thanks! (also, trying to keep this budget, under 40$ if possible, but considering more expensive cards for slow acquisition over time)
