Hey Alvatariano. Wow it's been a while since I've seen a 60 card deck haha. I'm assuming the list is cards you already own, in which case it looks like a decent start. You have a lot going on here though and I think the deck would flow better if you focus on one particular strategy.
For example, you could do a dedicated aura strategy: Thran Golem, Brilliant Halo, Tragic Poet, Dawn Evangel, Tethmos High Priest, Squee's Embrace, Mesa Enchantress, Chained to the Rocks, Prophetic Flamespeaker, Hero of Iroas, Akroan Crusader, Phalanx Leader.
Or spellslinger style: Blaze Commando, Rile, Feather, the Redeemed, Reckless Rage, Zada, Hedron Grinder, Launch the Fleet, Guttersnipe, Twinflame, Ephemeral Shields, Fists of Flame, Charmbreaker Devils.
I buy single cards on tcgplayer.com since they're usually cheapest there. I've found you get more bang for your buck when buying singles rather than booster packs (even though packs are fun to open haha). For example you could get all of the cards mentioned above for about $7.

I do feel like the deck is a bit clunky because it needs several combo pieces to be effective - reanimation target, discard outlet, reanimation spell. As you might know...might need to splash some black in there ;)

Also, how are your creatures treating you? Things like Soul-Scar Mage and Setessan Battle Priest are cute cards; though I struggle to see what mileage you’re getting out of Soul Scar Mage. You aren’t running much in the way of burn; so is he not a dead draw most of the time? Is his prowess the only thing helping you?
The obvious Heroic synergy is present with the Priest; though is her lifegain that relevant to you? Or is that a more meta dependent include?
I personally have been using Dreadhorde Arcanist to great effect as it allows me to start dumping hand buffs early without Feather support, benefit from the draws; and then pick them back up later. Also, and while I’m poking at your creatures; is there any particular reason you havent mentioned Zada, Hedron Grinder or Mirrorwing Dragon anywhere? Since you are using “janky” card draw effects such as Heal , I’m sure you would appreciate being able to draw a couple extra cards alongside your normal targets no?
Really like the inclusion of the Tethmos High Priest in your list and am struggling to find a place for him in my own list.

I would actually add a lot more mana ramp, especially mana rocks that tap for colored mana. From what I've experienced, creatures also aren't as relevant. I would shorten your 'Heroic' list of creatures to just a few ( Akroan Conscriptor , Akroan Skyguard , and Tethmos High Priest )
There is also a lot of instant/sorcery ping, which will be viewed as super threatening and could mean a boardwipe with enough of them, which your deck could easily do.
Again, you mainly need more mana (in my opinion)

Coordinated Assault , Enrage , Otherworldly Outburst is cool and you can loop it if the creature you buff dies making a token, Samut's Sprint , Titan's Strength , Accelerate , Aleatory , Chaotic Strike , Stun , Niveous Wisps , Carom , Formation gives banding which is spicy, Spiritualize , Stave Off , Bathe in Light , Feat of Resistance , Chaos Warp target tokens to get permanets from your deck for free, and is good removal.
Heroic/Prowess Creatures cuz value
these are some cards I think you should look at, don't need all and some might not fit exactly but if you like them then put them in. Cut some lands you can go down to 34 if you add in more artifacts, which go great with paradox engine.
Cards I think you should replace: Emerge Unscathed rebound fucks with your commander it exiles them not letting you put them back into your hand; Aurelia's Fury really expensive to get any good use out of it, or if you want protection during your turns run Grand Abolisher or Silence ; Expose Evil is too slow of a draw engine Mentor of the Meek with the tokens you make is better for drawing; Burnished Hart and Solemn Simulacrum are meh, better to go with artifact ramp that can feed the paradox plan, plus artifact ramp is cheaper and faster; speaking of artifacts Boros Cluestone and Boros Keyrune are good flavor options but aren't that good as other artifacts; Inferno Titan and Sun Titan are good creatures but don't fit into the game plan as well better to put things that help with the gameplan.
