Omnath, Locus of Raging Elementals

First things first...Sakura-Tribe Elder and Sol Ring. By using Omnath, Locus of Rage with expensive dragons you want early and inexpensive ramp. Shaman of Forgotten Ways is also a great ramp for creature-heavy decks. I understand this aspires to be a budget deck so Burgeoning finds home here and not Exploration too. Take out Relentless Hunter for Rubblehulk. Take out Harbinger of the Hunt for Savage Ventmaw.
Zendikar's Roil is a bit slow and ineffective here as you don't focus on small tokens rather than big fat tokens from Omnath and creatures. Where Ancients Tread also finds home here it has won me lots of games (I also play EDH with this Omnath). Take out Peregrination for Cultivate it's essential to have cheap ramp spells. You can scry a lot more with Lifecrafter's Bestiary.
Wild Slash and Draconic Roar are awful in EDH. Instead have Comet Storm and perhaps Starstorm or Mizzium Mortars...Ground Assault, Hull Breach, Decimate and Vandalblast are all excellent removals for Gruul EDH.
In the end some good cards are: Elemental Bond for card draw. Rite of the Raging Storm which triggers both Elemental Bond,Omnath, Locus of Rage AND Where Ancients Tread. You can take out Revel of the Fallen God for it...it's not such a good card. Spellbreaker Behemoth to mess with those blue players out there. Gruul Turf, Naya Panorama, Terramorphic Expanse as for lands. Grave Sifter or Creeping Renaissance for turning the game to your advantage. And perhaps Mistcutter Hydra for a kill out of nowhere.

May I suggest one card i think would be AWESOME here? Relentless Hunter. Now thats an under used R/G Card that is perfect. Once you have leveled out the field with 6 or 9 lands dropping this and next turn swinging is HUGE!

Olivia's Bloodsworn seems like an auto-include in a vampires deck. In my opinion, Cryptolith Rite isn't doing much in your deck, and Sanitarium Skeleton seems underwhelming. I'm not sure how much Liliana, Heretical Healer Flip fits this deck either. I would advise adding some number of more powerful creatures like the Deathmist Raptor-Den Protector package, Sin Prodder, Sylvan Advocate, or Relentless Hunter. Also, Lightning Axe and Fiery Temper are two great removal spells in a deck where you are discarding cards to Call the Bloodline and Heir of Falkenrath Flip.

I'd suggest Undergrowth Champion over Zendikar Incarnate, Beastcaller Savant over Relentless Hunter, and maybe a couple Chandra's Ignition for a little extra burn. Also, it's expensive, but Den Protector is so clutch for returning roasts or pilgrimages to your hand for a second cast.

interesting look. I've got a couple suggestions
swap out Relentless Hunter for Grove Rumbler. It fills the same role, but has better synergy with your deck. Sylvan Advocate would accompany all the man lands perfectly. Devour in Flames is also very useful for bouncing lands to proc landfall again with and gets rid of Rhinos and Jaces.

Terra Stomper, combo'd with Mina and Denn, Wildborn, would be really good.
Other mentions are Blighted Gorge, Cinder Glade, Wooded Foothills, Relentless Hunter, Zendikar Incarnate, and Omnath, Locus of Rage.
