As far as color goes, black is vital. Green is probably the next best, for Skeletal Swarming if nothing else. Red isn't critical, but offers options like Flameskull, Lightning Skelemental, and the new Gut, True Soul Zealot. Blue is weak; Demilich is okay in a spell-heavy build, and Skeleton Ship and Mortus Strider have good art. White has virtually nothing for skeletons specifically, but Brave the Sands and Mark of Asylum and that sort of thing is useful if you have a lot of regenerators.

This looks pretty tight. I think their's a lot going on though. My initial thoughts on Kels are that she's not exactly a front line commander. She's not the star player of the deck, but gives you a good back up plan for what your decks is trying to do and I think this is mostly because she requires a mana investment to start the engine.

I took a look at few of the cards and they seam a little broad. There might be some options you can cut or replace.

Mortus Strider might be a good include and please don't you dare forget about Bastion of Remembrance.

I would cut Grave Pact for Dictate of Erebos.

Since Kels gives you access to blue, it might be nice to lean into a mill strategy, (there's a lot of support for mill being printed rn) and supplement your board with graveyard recursion.

A thought I had was cutting Metallurgic Summonings for Consuming Aberration. Sepulchral Primordial into a Consuming Aberration is the Dimir Drama your dark heart has been looking for bby.

A neat little play would be casting Exhume with a Keiga, the Tide Star on board and sacrificing it to steal the best thing. Theft recursion synergies!

Mindcrank would be disgusting here with all the life pings and I love the thought of it so much!

Any time you are in green and want to speed up a deck, you should first make sure you are using all of the 1 drop mana dorks available to you. Birds of Paradise,Llanowar Elves, Elvish Mystic, Fyndhorn Elves, Arbor Elf, Elves of Deep Shadow, Deathrite Shaman. In doing so you can drop a few lands to speed up the deck and have fewer dead draws. Mana dorks op.

There are a few cards in here that I find questionable that could be replaced for more speed and power if that is what you are looking for. Doubling Season imo is not really the way you want to go unless you are all in on either tokens or counters and I don't think you have quite enough considering the cmc of this bad boy. Darksteel Forge is weak here due to the low number of artifacts and the fact that muldrotha doesn't give a golly gosh darn about things being destroyed. That Which Was Taken is another instance of mully-D not caring about things dying too much so it could go. Planar Portal is a very high cmc for a tutor, sure it is repeatable, but a Diabolic Intent, Eldritch Evolution, Birthing Pod, Pattern of Rebirth, Entomb, Buried Alive, Intuition or Finale of Devastation would be faster and therefore stronger here. As Foretold is a sick card in formats where you can cast suspend cards for free reliably, here... you don't have enough cheap spells to get the most from it. Mortus Strider's ability is redundant and is basically just a vanilla 1/1.

A few fun cards you could add are Darkblast, Life from the Loam, God-Eternal Rhonas, God-Eternal Bontu, God-Eternal Kefnet, Lotleth Troll, Underrealm Lich, Sakura-Tribe Elder, Deadbridge Chant, Jarad's Orders, Mikaeus, the Unhallowed

God, I looked so much for a deck like this. Stitcher's apprentice is one of my favourite cards, and I tried a control build with Mortus Strider in Dimir colors, but I couldn't make it work. Thank you.

I am confused about some card choices: Ghostly Touch , Mortus Strider , Restless Dead , and the unblockable creatures like classic: Phantom Warrior . Are the unblockable creatures here so Lazav can become unblockable? Or for cipher/Trepanation Blade/Sword of B&M? Thanks.
