This deck is cephalid tribal, because why not. This deck aims to get a bunch of cephalids out then tap all of your opponents lands, creatures, general wincons, etc. Doesn't run many counterspells because im not evil. It's a lot of fun... for the person playing. Your table will be laughing at you for playing such a dumb deck but you'll be the one laughing when your tapping their whole board every single turn and slowly decking them via their own draw step. Have fun!
