This one goes out to all of the Timmys out there who want to play EDH on a budget. Now updated for 2025

I will admit I am rather new to the whole EDH concept, this is my second deck for EDH and I like to build on a very tight budget but I believe this is a deck that will contend to give you the highest bounty on your head from all of your friends.

It is to my understanding that Jhoira of the Ghitu is highly contended in EDH. I believe this mostly applies to those who spend hundreds of dollars, and hopefully people will cut you some slack when you tell them how much you spent on this.
Jhoira of the Ghitu herself only costs around $2.00, give or take a little. So as far as commanders go, she's a bit on the budgeted side herself, and that's a huge plus toward my Goal.

The most fun you can have is playing Decree of Annihilation, Jokulhaups, or Flame Wave. Followed by a wave of ridiculous creatures such as Artisan of Kozilek (to bring back Jhoira of the Ghitu), Pathrazer of Ulamog, Desolation Twin, Void Winnower, and Avatar of Slaughter. For extra fun, add a Clone Legion on top of that.

Meanwhile, Cloudfin Raptor beomes a 6/7 flying for 1CMC, because why not?

This deck can use a little bit of cleanup for the early stages of the game as getting Jhoira of the Ghitu on the field on the third round is a bit rough. This is only a first draft of the build as I would like to figure out ways to get her out without too much worry of her getting blasted out of the sky as she is absolutely the cornerstone of the deck, and without her you are certain to fail.
Currently a good solution is to cast Peek before she comes out, just to see if the enemy has a way to deal with her.

I would like to keep it below $50, and as it is currently, it's cutting it close, so please keep the suggestions at a healthy price point.
