My take on the dead meme of Shadow Wizard Money Gang bc Rona literally just helps you draw and then cast spells for free. Basically wizard/ warlock tribal and lets you deal damage to Rona so you can just cast spells from your own hand for free.

I think I need to add more instants with a higher mana cost to make the most of the commander but please lmk what you would add or change about the deck. I also purposely avoided the infinite combos with rona but if they fit the theme then lmk.
