This is a budget version of NIV MIZZY. What this deck aims for is to get Niv on the field as soon as possible. We have 3 combos, or game enders. All of the following go infinite with Niv-Mizzet, Parun .-- Curiosity , Tandem Lookout , and Ophidian Eye . We also use wheels, or draw a ton of cards, and deal damage with Niv in that process.
