My first go at making a commander deck. The idea is to get the opponent to discard as many cards as I can and then play their cards for no cost. Any feedback is appreciated!!

I also have both Captain N'ghathrod as a backup commander and Zellix, Sanity Flayer + Haunted One as another. I have yet to deside what to run as a mainstay commander but I have options depending on my opponent(s).
