My first rendition of a modern mill with some control elements.

Semi-Competitive / Budget Deck.

Good enough to play casually, bad enough to be beat in tournies against cheese, expensive decks, and other popular WinRAR normies, but could get lucky and make some people sweat.

Advantage: Spot removal, milling, stall, late game domination, and card advantage.

Weakness: Combo, Graveaggro (exile would be counter intuitive and a failsafe if necessary), white weenies or other spam decks like classic burn, green devotion ramp and/or trait stacking (white knights, eh).
