This is a lord of the rings themed elf tribal deck helmed by Galadriel, Light of Valinor. The goal of this deck is to overwhelm and out value our opponents. We can do this with the power of a lot of small elves and our commander. If we can get our commander to trigger three times per turn we will be able to get the most amount of value from her.

With lots of small elves entering the battlefield, we can add mana to our mana pool, put a counter on each creature we have, and we can scry 2 and draw a card. We want to use each of these abilities to our advantage.

The mana producing ability lets us get more creatures out and cast more spells. This will let us get a huge benefit and help us take control of the board. However, this will result in us having less cards in hand and "gas out" quicker. That makes the "scry 2 draw a card" ability that much more important. It's worth noting that by using that extra mana to casting more creatures that populate our side of the board, we can get even more value out of the +1+1 counter ability.

The second mode, add a +1+1 counter to each creature you control, is generally how we will close out the game. We want to turn our tiny little creatures into huge ones with this ability. Because we can only do each ability once per turn, it will be important to usually do this one last once you have the most amount of creatures you control on the board.

The last ability to scry 2 draw 1 is a very technically important ability. This ability gives us card selection and card advantage. This will be very important as the extra mana ability would let us use more cards. The srcying will help us have better chances to getting the card we need from the drawing ability.
