I like the deck and wg +1/+1 counters with sacrifice is nice.
Weapon Rack and Thrive for getting +1/+1 counters on your creatures. Serrated Arrows is a bit of a stretch, but with proliferate, it could help.
Cards with escape like Loathsome Chimera, Voracious Typhon, and Sentinel's Eyes can be useful for you strategy, as they allow late-game recursion that also has +1/+1 counters on the creatures. Travel Preparations also can spread around +1/+1 counters.
Ivy Elemental, Apex Hawks, and Gnarlid Colony are nice creatures that can come in with +1/+1 counters, as well as being flexible in the early and late game.
Antler Skulkin can help with creature protection.

I would suggest playing Cauldron of Souls and Antler Skulkin for persist sinergies together with bolster.

Your deck is amazing. I am trying to do a similar build using Mikaeus, the Lunarch, and I got a lot of tips just by looking at your card choices.
Have you thought in using Vizier of Remedies, Cathar Crusade, Antler Skulkin and Cauldron of Souls in your build? Some of these cards works as a backup plan to anafenza or lesser masticore.

I like the idea of +1/+1 counters are important and I have tried to keep the suggestions relatively inexpensive. With that in mind here are a few ideas that might further the counter stratagem such as Antler Skulkin, Twilight Shepherd, Cathars' Crusade and Cauldron of Souls. Greater Good is also fairly synergistic and the price is pretty low for what you get on its newest printing.

Very fun looking deck. Snakes and -1/-1s, who'da thunk it.
A couple of ideas. Let's begin with some Scarecrows, one of my favorite archetypes. I see you have a few already, but some others worth considering are Chainbreaker, Fang Skulkin, Lockjaw Snapper, Wicker Warcrawler, and Antler Skulkin,
Sickle Ripper is a nice early game Witherer that can help distribute a few more -1/-1s. On top of that, for your creatures without Wither or Infect, why not try cards like Grafted Exoskeleton, Phyresis, and Blight Sickle.
Finally, I think the lack of a Glistening Oil in this deck is a goddamn crime.
