Single Card Discussion

Tutors

Enlightened Tutor is the best tutor we have. Use this to find Lesser Masticore , a Sac Outlet, or Enduring Renewal .

Open the Armory / Steelshaper's Gift / Stoneforge Mystic are used to find Skullclamp to draw, Mortarpod to finish the game if you already have infinite mana and ETB triggers, or Demonmail Hauberk if you're missing a Sac Outlet.

Recruiter of the Guard / Militia Bugler are used to find or dig to get Lesser Masticore , or Walking Ballista if you have Enduring Renewal on the board. You can also get Mirror Entity if you assemble infinite mana.

Sequestered Stash / Board the Weatherlight are used to dig for artifacts.

Inventors' Fair is great in this deck. It's so good that we have land tutors just for it. Use it to get the piece you need.

Ranger-Captain of Eos are used to find Walking Ballista or Myr Moonvessel .

Scrapyard Recombiner can be used to find Walking Ballista , Hangarback Walker or even Mirror Entity .

Expedition Map / Weathered Wayfarer are used to find Inventors' Fair .

Sac Outlets

Altar of Dementia / Grinding Station can be used to either mill your opponents, or on yourself if you have recursion pieces, such as Treasure Hunter or Salvage Scout .

Blasting Station is the go-to Sac Outlet in this deck. There's no simpler way to finish a game with infinite damage to the face.

Ashnod's Altar / Krark-Clan Ironworks / Phyrexian Altar can be used to get infinite mana. The lack of colored mana doesn't matter most of the time.

Demonmail Hauberk / Piston Sledge is an Equipment, so it's easier to tutor for.

Spawning Pit is not very good, but it's another redundancy, it's 2 mana, and you can dump infinite mana on it if needed.

Arcbound Ravager can get pretty big.

Combo Abusers

Desecrated Tomb can make infinite 1/1 tokens to finish a game, if you have an infinite source of LTG triggers, such as the main persist combo, or Enduring Renewal + Walking Ballista / Hangarback Walker .

Mortarpod can be used to finish the game if you have infinite mana and Lesser Masticore .

Walking Ballista can be a mana dump to finish the game, a 0/0 to abuse Enduring Renewal + ETB/LTB triggers, or straight up kill someone with Enduring Renewal + Anafenza, Kin-Tree Spirit on the board.

Hangarback Walker is not as good as the Ballista, but it can be used to be a massive creature or sacrificed to create a bazillion thopters. These thopters can be used as Skullclamp / Mortarpod fodder.

Cathodion and Myr Moonvessel pay themselves if sacrificed, and if you have Enduring Renewal on the board, you can keep casting and sacrificing them for nothing (or for more mana, if you are sacrificing them to Ashnod's Altar / Phyrexian Altar / Krark-Clan Ironworks .

Mirror Entity can be a mana dump, and is tutorable with Recruiter of the Guard and Scrapyard Recombiner .

Perilous Myr and Enduring Renewal can finish off games, if you sacrifice it to Ashnod's Altar / Krark-Clan Ironworks .
