Ohhh! I likey.
You may enjoy Refurbish. That seems on-theme.
Also, the old scarecrows from Shadowmoor may be perfect for a few slots in this list; they're all beautifully cobbled together with scrap and twine. Scrapbasket and Tatterkite each seem especially perfect.
Love the list!

What kind of a budget are you looking at?
personally I'd suggest running all of the talismans and signets to help fix and ramp your mana.
maybe less of the off scarecrows like Scrapbasket for example and run more changlings like Morophon, the Boundless and Mirror Entity
I'd say check our scryfall.com/advanced to look into better changlings and check out some better budget lands like Exotic Orchard
but other than that I enjoy seeing 5C tribals
also maybe Coat of Arms? ;)

Oh, I gotta second Pheardemons on the elemental! And hey, if you don't mind a few sillies, there's Scuttlemutt, Scrapbasket, and Witch-Maw Nephilim. Stay frosty!

this looks like so much fun! you could throw a Scrapbasket into the mix to have another 5-coulour badass. I'd personally enjoy Ring of Thune as well as the 4 other rings, or Scourge of the Nobilis along with the 4 other "Noun of the Noun"-enchantments :) Stay pufft!
