+1 from me! Definitely better than mine although seems like they are different in a lot of ways. Blood Sucking Demons

Bloodline Keeper  Flip is my only recommendation.

Bloodline Keeper  Flip is always fun.

Maybe Knight of the Ebon Legion, and I'm a fan of Bloodghast

1: Crypt Ghast is my #1 choice, because I love mono black.

2: Ankle Shanker is a must for me. I want that deathtouch vigilance firststrike deck soo bad.

3: Bloodlord of Vaasgoth, I love Vampires.

4: Bloodline Keeper  Flip... same

5: Arena Rector, monowhite super friends.

6: Consecrated Sphinx draw cards

7: Demon of Death's Gate would be super fun to cheat out without cmdr tax over and over again.

8: Lord of the Void would be fun plus demons are a favorite tribe of mine

9: High Priest of Penance, indestructible combos, control the board and pillow fort up

10: Sunblast Angel. A board wipe in the command zone that makes your opponents think twice about attacking.

I'm not very experienced with Modern, but I think there are a few pointers that I can give you.

Your curve should be more to the left, most Modern decks run plenty of 1 drops, Black Vampires have Vampire of the Dire Moon, Indulgent Aristocrat, Pulse Tracker, Vampire Cutthroat, Knight of the Ebon Legion, and Vicious Conquistador, some budget and some not. Red has Voldaren Stinger, Falkenrath Pit Fighter and Falkenrath Gorger, those last two play together pretty well and are quite exploitable, there are some other vampires that care about discard effects. I think those are all Modern legal, maybe something will work for you!

As a general rule, if you almost always want at least 1 copy of a card in your opening hand then it should probably be a run at x4. Most people try to run quite a few x4s of key cards, this tends to make a deck quite a bit stronger. You can certainly run less copies of a card, x3 is for stuff you really want but don't necessarally want 2 copies of, 2 seems right for stuff you are fine with not drawing every game, but would like to draw in longer games (bigger creatures/spells are often 2 ofs), people often use singleton copies of cards that they usually don't want to draw or never want to see in their opening hand. There is a fair bit of artistry to getting the ratios of cards 'just right', so I hope some of those tips are useful. I think Good Morning Magic (a Magic Youtube channel) had a video on how to know how many of a card to put in a deck, the guy behind the channel is one of Magic's designers. I can't properly link, but https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9FpF1SpOTJk is the vid.

I had a vampire deck for awhile, it was Legacy and ran a x4s of Vampire of the Dire Moon, Gifted Aetherborn, Vampire Nighthawk and Gatekeeper of Malakir, these offered some pretty good board control. I'm not sure if you have enough board interaction effects, there are also endless Black spells that remove creatures. There is also Nighthawk Scavenger, which is probably better than the old Nighthawk. This might tie into my other thought, your deck would probably be stronger if you leaned harder into a specific typal theme, there are a few Zombies and other types in here. If you do lean into just Vampires or just Zombies there are quite a few fairly strong cards that really care about those types, these can make good finishers, stuff like Bloodline Keeper  Flip can quickly take over a game.

A final point, most decks really want more cards. You might not want to buy x2 or x3 of The One Ring, but Phyrexian Arena is an old standby, it's much better in a Vampire deck because you can recover via lifelink. There are also cards like Sign in Blood and Night's Whisper.

I love filtered draw cards like what seshiro_of_the_orochi listed, but I prefer the ones that pitch the remaining cards into the grave, such as Grisly Salvage or Winding Way.

I also love draw-replacement effects. Whether it's Dredge, Tomorrow, Azami's Familiar, or something like Words of Waste.

I'm borderline obsessed with Underrealm Lich, which does both of these things.

I'm also unreasonably satisfied with the mechanical combination of creatures with both Vigilance and a Activated Ability. Some creatures are printed this way, like Adarkar Valkyrie or Vona, Butcher of Magan, but it's just as easy to create the scenario by granting vigilance to something like a Bloodline Keeper  Flip.

For tokens, if the card simply causes the object to transform without changing zones, like Bloodline Keeper  Flip), nothing will happen and the token will remain on its front side.

If the transform ability includes an exile effect, like Jace, Vryn's Prodigy  Flip, then the token will be exiled and cease to exist - it will not return to the battlefield in any manner.

701.28c If a spell or ability instructs a player to transform a permanent that isn’t represented by a transforming double-faced card, nothing happens.

SlayaZes - Looks like you are on a budget which will effect some of the recommendations but otherwise, your general theme is very similar to two decks I am currently working on (Sucks to Suck (Damage Themed) and Sucks to Suck (Aristocrat)). Both of my decks are far from perfect and are not pure but I suggest you take a look at my decks and the decks that inspired them for some ideas to improve your deck.

My general comments at as the deck currently is would be that Sanguine Bond is very expensive and there is a vampire that does the same thing, maybe run two copies of each? You are running Sangromancer and have the ability with to control an opponent by having them discard cards, I would recommend maybe hitting that a bit or removing Sangromancer for another vampire. Bloodline Keeper  Flip maybe?

Otherwise, if you have the ability, definitely shake up the lands a bit to add in some utility. Lots of options that would be better than just 21 basic swamps.

Hopefully you find some inspiration with my suggestions but happy brewing!

Coat of Arms is very fun when you have a large army, but I would also recommend Door of Destinies and Herald's Horn.

As far as vampires, Cordial Vampire, Necropolis Regent, and Forerunner of the Legion are cheap. I'm also a massive fan of Bloodline Keeper  Flip and Twilight Prophet if you think they're worth the money.
