If you could run any non-legendary creature as a Commander, who would it be and why?

Title says it all. Doesn't matter if it's jank, if it's for a spicy quick win, if it's because a creature should rightfully be Legendary that's not, etc.
Who would you love to be able to run, and why?
I'd really love to run Godsire, for obvious Timmy-related reasons >:3

1: Crypt Ghast is my #1 choice, because I love mono black.
2: Ankle Shanker is a must for me. I want that deathtouch vigilance firststrike deck soo bad.
3: Bloodlord of Vaasgoth, I love Vampires.
4: Bloodline Keeper Flip... same
5: Arena Rector, monowhite super friends.
6: Consecrated Sphinx draw cards
7: Demon of Death's Gate would be super fun to cheat out without cmdr tax over and over again.
8: Lord of the Void would be fun plus demons are a favorite tribe of mine
9: High Priest of Penance, indestructible combos, control the board and pillow fort up
10: Sunblast Angel. A board wipe in the command zone that makes your opponents think twice about attacking.

How about Bothersome Quasit mono-red spellslinger? Goad everything and nothing can block. Sounds like a blast for me!
Another crazy one would be Daring Thief. Load up your deck with tap/untap effects and things to make random junk tokens and just take all the good stuff!

I would love to run Stoic Angel as a commander for that Angel tribal control deck.
Green for ramp, blue for tapping creatures and white for angels and vigilance ability

Deathrite Shaman comes out quick and starts doing stuff.
Surprised nobody mentioned Maelstrom Archangel yet.
Notion Thief is a less dirty Opposition Agent/Hullbreacher.
Maybe a mono-green OHKO Groundbreaker? I don't know how well that would work, but I'd give it a try.

Intrepid Hero could be kinda cool. Make it a 1/1 “every day people” free for all with Meekstone and the like. Anything huge and excessive gets got.

I know there are ways to do it, but Battlefield Thaumaturge just kinda speaks to me.
Also, Stormtide Leviathan would be an insanely cool commander.
To get back to my usual wheelhouse, Green Dragon is superfun, and having it as a commander would for sure make for a pretty interesting deck.

I ran Myr Battlesphere in my playgroup for a couple years as a commander, until Urtet, Remnant of Memnarch and Graaz, Unstoppable Juggernaut came out in the same set. I'd argue the Battleball was still more fun than Urtet, with Graaz being my favorite way to play Myr.
For a new deck, I'd love to build around the haunted butterknife that is Elbrus, the Binding Blade Flip, even though I know it isn't technically a creature.

It doesn’t fully match the criteria, but I would be interested in building a deck around Invasion of Theros Flip.
Honestly, the concept of having a battle card be your commander is highly appealing to me. I’d love to see what a possible Invasion of Alara Flip edh deck would look like.

Not saying Harper Recruiter would be the defacto Commander for a "Wizard from Beyond" background deck, but would help smooth things out lol. Burakos, Party Leader has at least part of "Wizard from Beyond" lol
