z2aaa - Pardon the delayed response
Rings of Brighthearth + Basalt + =
Basalt + forsaken =
metalworker + Voltaic Key + rings =
Everflowing Chalice (4 counters) + rings + voltaic key =
scorched ruins + rings + Deserted Temple = . Deserted temple can untap mishra's workshop, urza lands, vesuva, thespian's stage and can act as a political piece as well.
Artifact cost reducer/Cloud Key/Semblance Anvil + top + mystic forge = Draw your entire deck
Sanctum of Ugin - Tutor. With all your eldrazi, perhaps an Eye of Ugin might be worth considering as well, but you are running low on lands with a relatively large avg cmc so perhaps not?
Blinkmoth Well + Blinkmoth Urn = One sided ramp. Well is good to use on opposing artifacts during their upkeep to force them to use it or lose it.
Crucible of Worlds - Maybe only because you have a lot of lands that sacrifice themselves. Plus with buried ruin u can bring crucible back and vice versa.
If you want to be really mean, Mycosynth Lattice + Karn the Great Creator = Lock. Lattice pairs nicely with Blinkmoth urn. Although it is a risky card.
Potential Cuts
Spine of Ish Shah - Expensive for what it does. I know colorless doesn't have that many removal options, but I believe adding more ramp, draw, or combo pieces might be more impactful.
Planar Bridge - Since you already run portal, and you have a total of 6 instants and sorceries, this seems like the easiest cut.

Any double-faced card has only the properties of its front face while it's anywhere other than the battlefield (or in the case of Modal Dual Faced Cards like Blex, Vexing Pest Flip, the stack).
The card will go back to being Westvale Abbey while it's in the graveyard, so it can't be targeted by Reanimate.
If an effect does reanimate a DFC, it'll only reanimate it on its front side unless that effect specifically says otherwise. Crucible of Worlds and Splendid Reclamation can each bring back out the Westvale Abbey, but it will only be a Westvale Abbey. You'll need to transform it again. Same principle with triggered reanimation effects like Marchesa, the Black Rose.
The card being treated as its front face is an immediate thing that doesn't use the stack. I.E., if Ormendahl dies, there is no moment before it flips back to Westvale Abbey in the graveyard where you are able to cast Back for More to bring it back first. Likewise if Ormendahl is targeted with a Cloudshift, it'll be exiled and immediately turned front-face up again, then reenter the battlefield as Westvale Abbey.

Sorry, wasn't trying to come off as dismissive of the whole reason for the post. But, well, even those rules you've listed now are vague. Even just the "No MLD" rules brings up a ton of questions. Does that include Bearer of the Heavens, or Life and Limb + Yavimaya, Cradle of Growth + Elesh Norn, Grand Cenobite, or even just a bunch of "You get an extra land drop" cards + Crucible of Worlds + Ghost Quarter?
Trying to change the fundamentals of Magic gameplay is complicated. The MTG comp rules is 905 "main" rules (plus who knows how many sub-rules) for a reason haha.
If I were asked to write the rules for this tournament, I would say
"We want battlecruisery and unoptimized Magic, like we played when we first started. This is the spirit of what we are aiming for. No efficient tutors, no fast mana, no MLD, and combos can only trigger once per turn. Here some decks that showcase the level of power we are aiming for (each with a different archetype):
- Example Deck 1
- Example Deck 2
- Example Deck 3
If you are unsure if something crosses the line (eg, Farseek, Increasing Ambition, etc), ask and the entire playgroup can weigh in. If something comes up during a game, we'll figure it out then."
But even with all that, these rules wouldn't affect one of my close friend's Yidris, Maelstrom Wielder deck. It doesn't combo, doesn't have tutors, doesn't have Mana Vault, but it can get a quick Ydris into play and start generating tons of value pretty early, by casting multiple expensive spells every turn cycle. It violates the spirit of the ask, but unless I write a multi page document it won't violate the rules as written. Unless, of course, he were to play in good faith and say "I know this deck meets the rules as written but not as intended," which I believe he would.

Crucible of Worlds/Conduit of Worlds/Ramunap Excavator - Recursion for fetch lands. Those are your easiest ways to stack energy. Maybe even a Splendid Reclamation, but that's a bit much.
Lotus Cobra - Gas!
Azusa, Lost but Seeking/Exploration/Burgeoning - Extra land drops needed to utilize energy
Boseiju, Who Endures - Removal
Yavimaya Hollow - Regen/politics
Cryptic Caves - Draw, reuseable with crucible effects
Prismatic Vista > Terramorphic, budget permitting
Castle Garenbrig - Ramp

I'm determined to make a deck where this is the engine piece. If anyone out there can read this tell me your favorite combos!
I constantly run Ensnaring Bridge because of my fondness for Null Brooch so this is a clear point of synergy. I'm thinking there are enough Crucible of Worlds effects now to nullify the land sacrifice. Extra mana rocks would help too. If you are running Stifle tempo tech it can also address the end of turn tax. It feeds reanimation and flashback smoothly. There is a small list of commanders where this is an auto include due to the strategy (Muldrotha) or the clear synergy (Damia)

I love the name of your deck. Is that from a song? Do you smoke weed?
Do you have a budget per card? I was thinking of a swap like Fabled Passage > evolving wilds for example or Ancient Tomb > temple of false
Eye of Ugin - For all the eldrazi.
Yavimaya, Cradle of Growth - To make something like temple of false or eye of ugin to tap for green. Yavimaya Hollow - Protection/politics. None of the lands are really needed, just nice to have.
Maybe a Crucible of Worlds - Get back cycled lands, replay fetch lands (Azusa or courser makes it even better). Although it depends on the amount of fetches you utilize.
Y is seedborn muse in the maybeboard and not mainboard?
