Satoru, the Infiltrator
Legendary Creature — Human Ninja Rogue
Menace

Hi jakeelephant006,
Awesome looking Marchesa deck! An excellent card-advantage enabler in this deck could be Satoru, the Infiltrator as he synergizes very well with Marchesa's resurrection powers. Also, Mahadi, Emporium Master and Murderous Redcap have done a lot of heavy-lifting in my own version (which I still need to post here). If you want to go a bit more expensive, both The Ozolith (which ensures your +1/+1 counters aren't ever lost) and Agatha's Soul Cauldron (which allows for so much utility use it's ridiculous) can be absolute powerhouses in here.
Cheers!

Black Rose Affairs: Love, Theft, and Sacrifice

Good start but I do have a few suggestions.
Gisa, Glorious Resurrector is EASILY your best theft option for Marchesa as it does both theft and sacrifice repeatedly with no further mana invested. Get it outta the maybeboard.
Feed the Swarm, Chaos Warp, and Canoptek Tomb Sentinel are your only realistic ways to deal with problematic enchantments in these colors. Don't get caught with your pants down vs. Rest in Peace, Solemnity, etc.
Satoru, the Infiltrator is one of the best draw options available to Marchesa bar none. Marchesa's recursion are all separate triggers, so like Thran Vigil, this triggers separately for each creature. Danny Pink is also amazing here. Keep in mind a creature returning from the grave is a new creature so alt +1+1 counter sources like Uncivil Unrest will draw again on resurrection.
Kardur, Doomscourge can feel dirty but goading all your opponents' creatures (and even fresh Haste creatures) repeatedly is highly effective to say the least.
Gray Merchant of Asphodel and the lifegain seem counterproductive here, but with any alternate source of +1+1 counters, he ends games fast. You get that etb 5 times (or more with clones) in one trip around the table. Easily my #1 finisher here.
I also can't recommend it enough... but get your remaining Signets and Talismans in here asap. The difference between a t3 and t4 Marchesa is huge.
Let me know if you're picking up what I'm putting down and I can help suggest a few cuts. Been piloting Marchesa for a literal decade now, so happy to help if you want.

Guess Who's Back, Back Again, And Again

Sorry to see that your Marchesa list is untouched for awhile now. I saw your request for new suggestions to keep things up to date... so here goes.
Satoru, the Infiltrator is probably the best draw engine this deck has ever seen with Danny Pink as a close 2nd.
Gev, Scaled Scorch is a new(ish) alternate source of +1+1 counters that's triggered frequently by opponents (or Goblin Bombardment).
Gisa, Glorious Resurrector is a bit older, but good enough to be the only theft card I run. Soooo good here.
Ripples of Potential is this deck's way to dodge exile, forced sac, etc. wraths when you don't have a sac outlet (or the wrath is Farewell).

Oops! All female! Marchesa

You are also correct, having too many 4 drops can be pretty awkward here so I'll help suggest a few cuts and lower cmc replacements.
Solemn Simulacrum - could be pretty much anything else. Satoru, the Infiltrator is one of the best draw engines Marchesa has ever seen.
Cormela, Glamour Thief - seems out of place. Gev, Scaled Scorch is another alternative source of +1+1 counters that I've had good results with so far.
Pitiless Plunderer - is probably the card I'm most tentative to suggest cutting. I was personally happier with Mahadi, Emporium Master coming down a turn earlier but have ultimately cut both personally.
Disciple of Bolas - Liliana's Standard Bearer is 1 mana cheaper, has flash, and will draw as many cards typically.
Domineering Will - is a cool card but not really the timing you're looking for since you get no window to attack, get a +1+1 counter on it, and make that theft permanent. Grim Haruspex is a possible replacement.
Reins of Power - You trade Marchesa as part of this swap so you can't make this theft permanent. Vigean Graftmage comes down before Marchesa, can immediately protect her with a +1+1 counter, and enables 2 sacrifices (itself +1 other) each turn for etb/death trigger abuse.

Roses of May -- (Marchesa Threaten)

Last_Laugh thank you for your comments. I am aware of how strong Danny Pink is in this deck. That's why he gets a 2x in the maybeboard and is listed in my "cards to add" spoiler. Just haven't gotten around to buying one or proxy-ing one. I just added a real one to my Piper Wright, Publick Reporter deck Truth is the First Casualty (Piper Clues). Great card. Will add one day.
I run Gary in three other decks, and one even loops him over and over already (Rooftop Experiments (Zombie Tribal)), so I didn't feel the need. I also was concerned about reliably having enough black pips. I just like the Kamigawa dragons too, so I wanted to run Kuuks. Better attacker than Gary, with the flying.
Satoru, the Infiltrator is on the shortlist of adds too; also in the "to add" spoiler. Just haven't gotten around to it. All the adds from the last update were from my existing collection. I'm thinking about proxy-ing an optimized mana-base for this deck and would maybe add more upgrades then. This isn't a deck I'm trying to truly optimize (hence the Threaten theme). I even took out Rhystic Study and Jeska's Will from the deck.
Up-votes on any of my decks are appreciated.

Along the lines of Thran Vigil (in the sense it effects more than 1 creature triggering it) is Satoru, the Infiltrator. Because Marchesa's triggers are all separate, all your creatures re-entering from Marchesa will trigger the card draw. Truly a busted 2 drop here.

Marchesa’s Metallurgic Machinations

Not a bad start but I do have some suggestions.
First, Canoptek Tomb Sentinel is your only repeatable piece of removal for enchantments in these colors. Bonus points for being an artifact and hitting other permanent types. Chaos Warp is worth running too.
Second is card draw. Marchesa's triggers are each separate and creatures come back one at a time, so Satoru, the Infiltrator triggers separately for each creature. Danny Pink, High-Society Hunter, and Liliana's Standard Bearer are amazing here too.
