Looking at the list, this deck seems to go reeeaaally hard. Nice! 34 lands seems a little light, though. Maybe try to get to 36 at least?
Coming to cards to suggest, how about Marshland Bloodcaster? It will help you cast some really big things basically for free. Two more great cards to cheat fatties out are Belbe's Portal and Cryptic Gateway.

Strefan akways looks pretty brutal to me, dropping all these vampire beaters. You seem to have most of the big bad bloodsuckers in here, but maybe I can suggest some you haven't considered yet:
Drana, Kalastria Bloodchief is powerful, and you can even pump her right after dropping her.
Skeletal Vampire is a lot worse, but still interesting.
Bishop of the Bloodstained will propably deal quite a bit of damage.
Bloodline Necromancer is fine recursion.
Champion of Dusk is a big draw spell.
Defiant Bloodlord will deal lots of damage here.
Kalitas, Bloodchief of Ghet is fun.
Marshland Bloodcaster is powerful ramp.
Shauku, Endbringer looks pretty cool in here, and if only to have it enter attacking in spite of its static ability.

Looks like pretty sweet deck!
Some cards I think that could help here aswell:
Vilis, Broker of Blood
- a bit mana expensive, but should be totally worth the card draw from life loss.
Doom Whisperer
- another big demon just for that could help to filter your library and drain your life at the same time at instant speed.
Dream Devourer
- Im still trying to play around this little guy, but so far its not bad to protect some combo pieces to cast them later.
Emergence Zone
- In my opinion this is pretty sweet utility land just to give your spels Flash until end of turn, possibly sneaking out Repay in Kind, etc (?).
Marshland Bloodcaster
- probably a bit slow without Haste, but should work just well.

Congrats on your first deck! You have a lot of fun cards in here and it looks great! I imagine you want to tune and make it even more efficient so here are some ideas...
Add 3 categories: #Combo, #Lifegain, and #Evasion; and then sort your maybeboard the same way you've done your mainboard to easily rank your choices within a category (By "combo" I mean all your "if-then" cards like Trudge Garden that are slower and don't work by themselves). Remove #Creatures (most of them are #Combo).
Avoid most cards above 4 cmc... Willowdusk is fast and fragile, so play into that... Also, prioritize cards that can do 2 or more things or that give value on ETB... If you have pet cards that don't really fit and that hurt to cut, put them in a "I'll build that theme later" list.

-1 Temple of the False God ... this card is almost never good
+1 Devoted Druid ... this card is a beast
+1 Talisman of Resilience ... #Ramp
+1 Llanowar Elves ... #Ramp... the elves enable Willowdusk combos on turn 3.
+1 Viridian Joiner ... #Ramp... #Combo
+1 Boompile ... its a gem (hint: don't tap it on your turn) +1 Nightmare Unmaking

+1 Massacre Girl ... #Wipe
+1 Beast Within ... #Removal
