What Color Identity is best for Tibalt?

UPDATE: Tibalt, the Fiend-Blooded is exempted from this, but Olivia, Mobilized for War is confirmed as the CMDR...
I'm currently making a Deck utilizing the graveyard as a theme. I'd like some suggestions for cards w/ either Flashback, Hellbent, Threshold, & Madness. I also want suggestions for other cards that use the grave as a part of the strategy.
Any ideas? Thank you in advanced! :)

Rakdos with exhume and flashback for best use of his +1 ?
Izzet with proliferate an "Stroke of genius effects" for his -4 ?
You can't reach -6 in anyway so...
But honestly there is always better stuff to do what he does for two manas. Tormenting Voice / Cathartic reunion / Toil //Trouble... I doubt you can do "good stuff" with him (but if you can I'd like to see that, I really want him to be good ^^)

I'd go with a graveyard deck of some sort like others have said. I actually strongly considered using him in my own Mairsil, the Pretender deck, his random discard with draw is advantageous due to how cheap he is. Other commanders that might like him are Sedris, the Traitor King, Wort, Boggart Auntie, Bladewing the Risen, and Feldon of the Third Path. All for his ability to come out quickly and start putting stuff in the grave.

Well, my decision for a color Identity is made; I'm going Rakdos; Graveyard Manipulation, & that I can still Rummage as well as having cards that benefit from having no hand at all is incredible. Question now is...
What would be a good commander w/ these qualities? I'm already working on a lot of projects as it is...
And...
Gamble could be added for the "No Hand" Strategem. I wonder if recursion like Reito Lantern works here when needed. Other than that, I don't know what else could put a grave into my library...

You could try Olivia, Mobilized for War with some sort of madness style build. If you wanted to add a third color then Gyrus, Waker of Corpses is a possibility.

How useful would Hellbent be as an ability be here? I'd assume that w/ so much discarding, effects requiring 0 card hands should be useful here somehow...
I wonder which ones though... Demonfire is a must here, & that Hellbent Tutor is Amazing here... What about Sarkhan, the Dragonspeaker?

I guess it would depend on how much time you spend in topdeck mode. Sarkhan doesn't seem all that good, his first 2 abilities aren't great and his ult seems decent in a deck like this but you can't count on getting to it. If you want an effect similar to his ult you could try Avaricious Dragon.

Looks good here. I also remembered Lion's Eye Diamond being amazing here for being a Black Lotus that kills your hand. Stunned that got Unbanned...

How good is Abyssal Persecutor here? I heard that some can manipulate his reversed Platinum Angel ability... But how? I'm actually thinking of other Wincons here as well... Liliana's Contract, & Revel in Riches would be busted...

How do I protect my yard from stuff like Bojuka Bog & co., Grafdigger's Cage, or even Ashes of the Abhorrent? Even more so w/ an opposing Leyline of the Void? These are all tied as the Biggest Weakness in a deck like this. & griffstick, I still am wondering why you said "Smh". Any reason why?
That said, I'm trying to plan out my deck as I'm working on others... Wish me Luck! :D

What's your budget for this? Lion's Eye Diamond isn't cheap and the price isn't going down anytime soon if ever. Null Brooch is something you could try for a similar effect.

Doesn't seem that great. I know it can be manipulated but I've never tried so I'm not really sure. My best guess would be that they find some way to donate it or they get their opponent's to negative life then sacrifice it.

Grafdigger's Cage should be pretty easy to get rid of in /. You have stuff like Abrade, Shatter, Vandalblast to get rid of it. Best way to protect against Bojuka Bog is stuff that gives you hexproof like Witchbane Orb and Orbs of Warding. Ashes of the Abhorrent and Leyline of the Void are difficult to get rid of in your colors, your best chance is to use colorless stuff like Unstable Obelisk, Scour from Existence, Karn Liberated, and Spine of Ish Sah.

Huh. I'll have to explore my options for Hexproof I guess... Well, Didn't think about Colorless in this case. I'll have to sew it in my mind (Not literally.). :P
But the big question is: what would be the best bet in as a Commander capable of this? Or is it really a universal trait?

Malfegor is definitely pretty solid for a deck like this. I used to run him and his enter trigger is brutal. You could also try Olivia, Mobilized for War. Neheb, the Worthy lets you discard when you deal combat damage. You could also try Xantcha, Sleeper Agent as a way to refill your hand so you have cards to discard. Last suggestion is Garna, the Bloodflame to get all the stuff you discarded back.

Madness/Flashback works very well, especially if the Flashback cost is cheaper.

OK. Malfegor is actually Tier 5 now, so my best bet is either Olivia, Mobilized for War, or Garna, the Bloodflame; both at Tier 4. I'll try & promote either one to Tier 3 or 2, as Well as My Boros Deck; & hopefully other Boros Decks at Tier 4 as well.
Now it's your choice. What to choose as my commander?

Personally I'd go for Olivia or Malfegor. Garna's ability seems a little harder to build around.

Hmm... Alright. I'll try Olivia, Mobilized for War. Though I wonder how Flashback, Madness, Hellfire, Threshold even could help her, since you're only discarding one at a time...

You discard when the creatures enter the battlefield. Other ways to discard: Liliana, Defiant Necromancer
, Liliana Vess, Faithless Looting, Tormenting Voice, Cathartic Reunion, Daretti, Scrap Savant, Sarkhan, Fireblood, Jaya Ballard, Sire Of Insanity, Mindslicer, Cunning Lethemancer, Anvil of Bogardan, Necrogen Mists, and Liliana of the Veil to name a few. Just search discard on gatherer.

Sorry that I threw Tibalt, the Fiend-Blooded in; this is meant for mass discard for all. Though I do wonder what I can do to improve on the Discard aspect of this deck... Plus, W/ my cube almost done for ideas, I'll post a deck soon as a tribute to 4Lark & his (her?) Vorthos/Melvin style of Deckmaking. I'll make the Base list soon enough...
Any suggestions for what I should add for Discard Manipulation/Better Discard Effects/Cards in general? I seem to be in a fender-bender here...

Tibalt is a fiendish sadist. He honestly should have been RB and felt way more torturous or cruel in nature. This guy revels in pain and suffering, after all.
