The main idea is persistent petitioners/thrumming stone. This commander allows it to be a damage kill deck with evasive creatures or triskelion/walking ballista and still have the mill win. so upon "going off" you could take out 2+ opponents at once. the only issue with the color scheme is its difficult to consistently acquire the thrumming stone. The curve is really low and a good amount of land search to thin, so even without the thrumming stone you might be able to just push through. Might need more control.
