This is A deck idea i have of making a mono blue mill Deck with Bruvac as the General. I know milling in edh is a bit silly of an idea since most people will just rip your face off or combo you into hell but since Bruvac came out doubling the mill effect of some cards i thought maybe it could be possible. so far i put together what i think is a solid build but please leave a comment and give me some suggestions on what the deck lacks/needs!
