Tor Wauki the Younger increases your noncombat damage and also burns any target for 2 whenever you cast an instant or sorcery. Obosh, the Preypiercer doubles the damage of any odd cmc source you control, and if all the nonland cards in the deck have odd mana values, you can have Obosh as a companion!

So this is a Rakdos spellslinger/burn deck. I've tested it several times and it seems pretty consistent. I think it might struggle to rebuild after a board wipe, but, well, you get what you pay for: Every card in this deck costs <$1.

Looks tons of fun. You might not win, but you should do a ton of damage.
