First try to make a bi-color Commander Deck.The strategy of this deck is to play the Commander as soon as possible and give him additional abilities through the auras or equipments. At first he needs to be indestructible and with shroud, so he can remain in the battlefield. At second he must be powered in order to reach the 21 damage to the opponent as soon as possible. Also the possibility to not be blocked is very useful.

The deck is built with the cards which I found in my collection, I can find easily the cards suggested by you.
