So I normally focus my efforts on my Modern decks/play, but this deck is the first that has gotten me excited about the EDH format. I'll explain some of the mechanics of why I chose the cards to go with, as well as certain win-cons that can make this deck pop off (and maybe lose some friends to play against in the future). I'm always open to suggestions on how to improve this deck. :]

Win-Cons:

1. Secret Salvage + Edgewalker = 30 Shadowborn Apostle on board (for free).
2. Liliana's Contract = :D
3. Teysa, Orzhov Scion = create a ton of 1/1 Flying Spirit tokens.

One of the strongest points in this deck is obviously the Shadowborn Apostle, so I have decided to tech in Vindicate and Disenchant since I have friends who will decide to be wise guys and put in something like Nevermore. I have even put in Path to Exile just because I like to have a little bit more removal for headaches like Meddling Mage.

Steelshaper's Gift has found its way here for an early Skullclamp for card draw.
