This deck wants to have Rootha provide extra value to big spells whilst also gaining serious value out of cards like Firebrand Archer soulbonded with a Tandem Lookout . Sigil of Sleep can be used on any of the pingers to hose opponents with creature based strategies too so this deck has a few options here.

Spells with an X in their costs are few and far between in pauper, at least ones that are worth running with Rootha's copy ability in mind, so they are to be used in conjunction with the strategy listed above of slowly whittling down your opponents.
