NOTE: I'm currently in the process of deck editing! If y'all have any suggestions, I'm all ears!

Yes, that's correct: Mono-Blue Aristocrats. I'm on a mission to make an aristocrats deck in every color combination! Ioreth of the Healing House is our commander. Not the one you had in mind? Well, a lot of our sac outlets tap, so I needed to get creative. In addition, she allows Relic Vial to work its magic. Don't worry, we have a few other clerics in here just in case. Jalira, Master Polymorphist will allow us to dig through our library for other pieces. It's joined by Murder of Crows and Skullclamp to help us dig through our deck. But Color_pie14, I hear you say, wouldn't it be more efficient to use the draw pieces blue is so well known for? Well yes, it would, but where's the fun in that? This is aristocrats, after all, and I plan to maximize the janky, engine-y fun! Along those lines, blue has no shortage of fodder who draw you a card when they die. Jeskai Sage and Malcator's Watcher are some of our cheaper fodder. Floating-Dream Zubera is part of a cycle from Kamigawa block, but sadly most of them are other colors, so it'll only be drawing us one. Youthful Scholar costs a bit more, but gets us two cards. Toothy, Imaginary Friend counts the draw from the other fodder, then draws more cards. Inga Rune-Eyes, on the other hand, draws us three cards - but only if three or more other creatures died. Still, in this deck, that shouldn't be a problem. Oracle of Tragedy will let us loot or shuffle four cards from our graveyard into our library, meaning we can get some key pieces back, albeit in a roundabout way. Brokers Veteran puts a shield counter on another piece, granting them a layer of protection. Endless Evil makes a steady supply of copies we can use, and if a better piece of fodder comes along, well then we ditch the old one and the Endless Evil comes back to prey on the newer, younger creature (hey, how did this picture of Robert DeNiro get here?). Meanwhile, Aura Thief dies and lets us... sorry, does that say gain control of all enchantments? That's what I'm talking about! And who doesn't love a good old-fashioned Reef Worm? Well, maybe the opponent you're swinging at with a 9/9 Kraken. There's always a bigger fish, eh? Speaking of bigger fish - er, dragons - on our top end we have Kairi, the Swirling Sky and Keiga, the Tide Star, whose death triggers should make a splash. Meanwhile, blue isn't big on recursion, so MImic Vat is here to help us get repeat fodder. Our fodder pieces are precious, after all, and we want to make sure we can squeeze as much out of them as we can. That isn't to say blue has no recursion pieces, though... may I introduce you to False Demise and Fool's Demise, the recursion piece you probably never knew blue had! Fool's Demise will have us regularly recurring creatures for the low, low price of - yikes, five mana? Well, we knew we were in for a challenge when we got into this. This had better have one hell of a ramp package... and it does! We'll get back to that later, though. False and Fool's Demise's second cousin once removed, however, is interesting. Abduction is a theft enchantment, nominally, and that can come in handy in a pinch. If your opponent has something you need, have at it! However, we're more interested in that second ability. Originally a downside, as the opponent gets back their creature should it die, it's also pretty useful protection/recursion when enchanting your own creature. Be careful, though - False Demise and Abduction only work once, so make them count! One of the big pieces of fodder - Keiga or Toothy, mayhaps? Likewise, Resurrection Orb is an artifact with a similar effect. Nim Deathmantle is repeatable precursion, and it can go infinite with Cathodion and either Ashnod's Altar or Phyrexian Altar. Speaking of, onto the things that make this deck run: sac outlets! We've got a couple classics, but let's talk about the fun ones. You know, the ones you won't see on every deck ever (I'm looking at you, altars). The aforementioned Relic Vial provides a payoff as well as a sac outlet. Stitcher's Apprentice sacrifices creatures and provides Homunculus tokens in their place. Alternatively, it can sacrifice the Homunculuis, as the Homunculus is created before the sacrifice. The Golden Throne provides mana and a short-term stopgap if things go wrong. Blasting Station sacs to deal a damage and untaps itself should another piece of fodder enter. Drowned Rusalka allows you to pay a blue and sacrifice a creature to loot, which combined with the many pieces of fodder that draw when they die, ends up more as draw two, discard one. Now, as I mentioned above, some sac outlets tap, which means that we need to be able to untap them. Fortunately, our commander might be able to help with that, but should she be incapacitated, Vizier of Tumbling Sands, Aphetto Alchemist, and Kelpie Guide will make fine replacements (plus, the Vizier is a cleric). Finally, the payoffs. Relic Vial provides us with a way to cause our opponents to lose life, while Selhoff Occultist and Altar of Dementia cause our opponents to mill. Minn, Wily Illusionist and Deathrender help us get more fodder when our other fodder dies,
