Budget mono green midrange modern deck. This is my favorite kind of deck to play. Lot of options, ramp and big creatures. It should be really fun for the price. Can do some crazy things with a good hand!

Arbor Elf, Utopia Sprawl and Garruk Wildspeaker can lead to crazy boards on turn 3. Even without ramp Steel Leaf Champion or Yorvo, Lord of Garenbrig into Surrak, The Hunt Caller is 10 damage turn 4. Soul of the Harvest help the deck from running out of gas. Explore is to ramp and cycle to add a little consistency. Aspect of the Hydra and Ghalta, Primal Hunger can easily blow out games. Arbor Elf is the only card that really cares about burn. There is plenty of healing in this deck too you should be able to counter burn pretty hard.

Side board has removal, control and anti agro. You can change the sideboard, it doesn't really matter.
