Welcome to Advanced Spellslinging, taught by none other than Professor Niv-Mizzet himself. In this class you are required to take down you opponent with a myriad of different spells and tricks up your sleeve. When one wins, you pass one lesson; a loss means a fail and back to the drawing board - or study board.

Enigma Drake, Goblin Electromancer, Guttersnipe, Runaway Steamkin and Charmbreaker Devils will help as much as possible in your studies. Jaya Ballard also assists with your instant and sorcery spells, providing mana and thus more "study power" for your spells. Murmuring Mystic will make Bird Illusions with every instant and sorcery spells, which provides necessary help against foes with aerial assistance. Jori En, one of my favourite characters in the MTG lore, helps with extra card draw and can give Professor Niv-Mizzet another excuse to breathe fire into someone's face for getting in the way of our studies.

It took me ages to try abd figure out a decent theme around a spell slinging deck, so I am pretty pleased with this concept that I have developed. I hope you like it nonetheless! Please leave any suggestions. I would highly appreciate it.
