There's a couple of 1 CMC creatures you can sacrifice for assorted effect, though most of them tend to be pretty limited to specific situations (to find these, you can run a gatherer search with "sacrifice" "creature" "CMC = 1").
I went through the entire list of 1 CMC creatures, and there really are not many great options. Here's a list of I came up with of creatures that (a) don't require a sacrifice to use, and (b) might be considered hatebears (though some are so niche that they bearly made the cut).
- Cabal Therapist
- Carrion Beetles
- Carrion Rats
- Disciple of the Vault (fairly specific to artifact-graveyard combos)
- Giver of Runes and Mother of Runes
- Gnat Miser
- Imagecrafter (vs. tribal)
- Merrow Bonegnawer
- Rag Dealer
- Reef Shaman and Tidal Warrior (might slow down opponent's early-game mana)

A got to do some modern competetive gameplay with this deck and made some notes:
- Contrary to expectations the deck didn't generate very many tokens.
- I would have liked to have more removal.
- Deck could be faster and more interactive.
- Duress doesn't hit a target everytime.
- Opponent will sideboard gravehate and also maybbe combo distrubtion.
The changes I made:
Removed: 1x Merrow Bonegnawer , 1x Irresistible Prey , 1x Renegade Tactics , 1x Raven's Crime and 1x Rakdos's Return .
Inserted: 2x Young Pyromancer , 2x Fungal Infection and 1x Dark Salvation .
These changes seem pretty good. I'm looking forward for the next FnM, or similar, event!

first off, i would argue that cards like Stinkdrinker Bandit and Oona's Blackguard are rogue lords and have the adaptive lords Adaptive Automaton and Metallic Mimic
next on to suggestions, while its not a rogue per say, Corrosive Mentor could add an extra punch to your non-evasive deck, making opponents wary of blocking with larger creatures.
Deathcult Rogue, Gonti, Lord of Luxury, Inkfathom Infiltrator, Marsh Flitter(comboes especially well with oona's black guard) and Zulaport Cutthroat all have their uses and can be powerful in the right variant of mono-black rogues. (although i think you get the most power from u/b artifact rogues)
Merrow Bonegnawer seems like especially good sb tech against dredge/delirium/graveyard type decks.

Mortician Beetle? Drainpipe Vermin? Quest for the Gravelord? Merrow Bonegnawer to hate on the local graveyard decks? Thrull Parasite for sustain? Basically, pick whatever you find yourself needing in your local metagame- thats the real secret to cheap decks- hating out whatever is popular in the metagame with a sideboard of cards that assist in that.
