Immersturm Predator Discussion

Immersturm Predator is fine, but there are better choices in my opinion. Yahenni, Undying Partisan has many of the same upsides, but comes out for less mana and less colors. Immersturm is probably better than Falkenrath Aristocrat in my opinion, though I haven't tested it.
Krav, the Unredeemed similarly there are just better options out there. Yawgmoth, Thran Physician is obviously miles better, of course, these cards cost more $$ as well, so that's a consideration for sure. However, my budget list doesn't run these guys either, to be fair. A main concern is definitely that it both costs 5 to play AND has an activation cost on top of that. It's super important to play this kind of deck as fast and low to the ground as possible.
Juri, Master of the Revue is basically just a Lightning Bolt most of the time. It's not like that's terrible, but I'd rather just run something more impactful like Plaguecrafter as a means of controlling the board.
Black Market I've never really felt like I needed the mana from this honestly. Especially with the relatively easy access to 2MV mana rocks these days. As long as you have a decent amount of card draw you should be fine in most games in my opinion.
Terror of the Peaks is basically a better version of Flayer of the Hatebound so if you had wanted to run that, then Terror of the Peaks is the way to go. You can see in my primer that I don't think the effect is too important generally though. It's a high mana value card that requires you to already have a lot of other pieces in play to really take advantage of it, and I think there's better payoffs you could be running comparatively. It's best in a slower meta, but it's certainly playable as a top end of your mana curve card though.

Pretty good starting point, one of the things to keep in mind in Commander though is generally, you're expecting a 4 player game that lasts a long time, so you want to prefer cards that can have major impact in the early game or the very late game, something like Act of Treason is pretty limited in terms of when it will be really useful, cards with similar effect but with more power or flexibility (one of which you found in Insurrection) will serve you better in most games. Consider instead something like Harness by Force or Captivating Vampire.
The other thing to consider is ideally, if you're stealing creatures from your opponents, you want to make sure they don't get them back, Indulgent Aristocrat and Yahenni, Undying Partisan are good examples, but ideally you want as many of those sort of effects as you can fit in, Viscera Seer, Bloodflow Connoisseur, and Immersturm Predator are all decent vampire options, though you also can find things like Carnage Altar that can give you some extra value from your steals.
Single target removal like Terminate and especially Doom Blade are probably unneeded for you. If you need to kill a single target your plan is probably better focused on stealing it and sacrificing it instead. You probably are better off with a few more board wipes instead, if you do fall behind or lose place, you'll want a few more reset buttons. Kindred Dominance is an expensive but really powerful option for Tribal decks, Decree of Pain hits you as well, but it's a much cheaper card and great for if you're running out of gas in the late game. If you do want single target removal spells, again, you want flexibility, consider Bedevil, for just one mana more than Doom Blade you remove the restriction, and now can deal with much more than just problem creatures.
All in all though, like the list as a starting point, you'll figure out what you need and what you can cut best by playing the deck, so good luck!

Not terribly much
Dockside Extortionist - is almost a must in any deck running red thing is absolutely the best red card printed in the last 5 years
Fain, the Broker - may not have haste but he's doing everything you wanna be doing with this commander
The Ozolith - basically helps keep things around
Feed the Swarm - targeted enchantment removal!
Dauthi Voidwalker - is a freaking beast of a stax card and it's a beater
Immersturm Predator - not a huge fan of this 1 but works well with your commander
Juri, Master of the Revue - this is some spicy tech
Fairly sure MH was after Domineria so Yawgmoth, Thran Physician is a home run
Terror of the Peaks - value town city furniture
Opposition Agent - doesn't have synergy but dang is it good

Basically, to "become" tapped, a permanent needs to be untapped and then become tapped. If it enters tapped, or if it is already tapped and another effect tries to tap it, it won't become tapped (for example, you'll only trigger Immersturm Predator's middle ability once in your average turn, no matter how many creatures you sacrifice to it).

I have replaced Angrath, the Flame-Chained with Immersturm Predator, which reduced the average converted mana cost of this deck from 4.13 to 4.11 and also allowed me to replace Caged Sun with The Immortal Sun.
