Dang, this deck seems so annoying to play against... and quite good!
A couple thoughts:
-
You could include Ragavan, Nimble Pilferer as one of the 1-drop ramp spells, since he also acts as card advantage.
-
Instead of Elder Gargaroth, you could play other cheaper threats, such as Seasoned Pyromancer, Dragon's Rage Channeler, Fear of Missing Out, Inti, Seneschal of the Sun, or Questing Druid that also provide some card filtering/advantage. That way, you can play them as well as your land destruction.

Oh dang that's been a while then lol. Warleader's Call is definitely a great one. In terms of stuff that's dropped since 2023 that I think is worth taking a look at:

Fear of Missing Out - For a low end extra combat effect.

Generous Plunderer is cool. I've liked it when it's stuck around.

General Kreat, the Boltbringer - Token generation and Impact Tremors all in one body.

Kambal, Profiteering Mayor - Fun way to leech off other token strats.
-
Enduring Courage - Just Ogre Battledriver with additional resiliency.

Rev, Tithe Extractor - Def one of the more pricey options, mostly due to limited print in Jumpstart & Waifu Tax.

Warren Warleader - If you'd like another Hero of Bladehold-esque effect. Could replace Leonin Warleader.

Considering -1 Land, -1 Temur Battle Rage, and -2 Questing Beast (move to sideboard), +4 Mishra's Bauble > to increase likelihood of triggering delirium on Fear of Missing Out.
maybe a Ragavan or two in the mix??

Rakdos Speed Aggro

Some thoughts:
-
Dreadhorde Butcher is a very decent Rakdos aggro creature. Monastery Swiftspear also feels like a must.

I don’t think either if the auras are worth it, they’re too likely to allow the opponent to 2-for-1 you with a killspell and immediately lose you the game through lost tempo.

Fear of Missing Out is better than all your current 2-mana creatures and could lead to some really powerful turn-3 wins provided you can adjust the deck to reliably have delerium (playsets of Mishra's Bauble, Street Wraith could help with this. Ideally you'd also want Bloodstained Mire but I get that’s $$$).

Neat deck, seems like the inbred cousin of Izzet Phoenix. Any reason for omitting the classic Thought Scour? With a slightly tweaked build, new cards like Fear of Missing Out and Detective's Phoenix could be very powerful in here I think. But then you probably are playing Phoenix or Grixis Delirium at that point and not "Thomas" :)
