Authority of the Consuls doesn’t utilize the tap mechanic in a way that favors the build so I opted not to use it.

Haha - agreed! This deck is surprisingly fun and rewarding to play! I always wanted to utilize the tap mechanic in full force and Hylda of the Icy Crown was a perfect finisher to build around! Glad to hear you enjoy the deck!
