Just thought of a few more potential additions that could still fit your themes. All of these are ETB power buffing anthems, with various upsides:

A few more budget-ish suggestions:

  • Scapegoat is a mana and wallet efficient board protection effect, especially for token strats.

  • Plumb the Forbidden is an excellent draw option for token strats, especially in response to boardwipes. One of my most fun plays was using this in response to a Living Death so my board was already in the graveyard to be brought back with my opponent's attempted wipe.

  • Soul Partition pulls double duty as either a (temporary) removal piece, or a protection piece for one of your permanents.

A few quality of life changes. I've been thinking about lowering my curve and what some effective cuts are to the deck in order to do that. I originally had Ardoz, Cobbler of War in the main deck, but he got cut early on and replaced with Ogre Battledriver. Ogre is a great card, and particularly useful because it gives creatures haste, which is a valuable tool in this deck. That is the primary reason that it's been in here as long as it has. BUT, and I bet you could sense that coming, so many of my creatures/effects make tokens that are tapped and attacking or just attacking (11 effects in the deck, compared to 4 effects in the deck that create tokens that are not "tapped and attacking), and specifically on the attack step, so giving tokens the benefit of haste is wasted as they cannot participate in combat. Therefore I am switching back to Ardoz, as it does the same thing for less, which definitely helps with curve reduction. If I end up missing the haste, I can always switch back

Two other small changes. I am changing out one Plains for an Eiganjo, Seat of the Empire and one Mountain for a Sokenzan, Crucible of Defiance. I used an Eiganjo in an online game last night to remove a particularly troublesome attacker, and I didn't even have to waste a card slot on it. Furthermore, I have quite a few legendary creatures in the deck, and this allows me to have reduced costs on the channeling ability for those cards.

One thing I have noticed with the deck, and it was something that Crow-Umbra had mentioned, is that I am a little mana light in the deck. Every few games or so I get mana screwed. This is more likely due to poor use of mulligans on my part rather than actual land count in the deck, but 2 more lands would feel better, but I'm unsure where to find those cuts. Anyway, that's it for now. On to lots of testing. As always, feedback is greatly appreciated!

I like the idea of Ardoz, Cobbler of War and Ogre Battledriver but once again keep an eye on my curve Crow-Umbra. Speaking of curve do you think the deck’s curve looks alright?

I think Tome of Legends would definitely be a solid addition. I haven't played with Robber of the Rich as much, but it's hard to overlook a creature with Reach, Haste, & steals resources.

In terms of other 1 & 2 drop creatures:

Whoops, just realized I meant to tag you in my last response Michigone, and not Plainsrunner.

I like the updates that you've made since I last looked at your list. If you like Captain's Clawsm I'd recommend checking out Inquisitorial Rosette. The equip cost is steeper, but it produces beefier tokens with Vigilance, and is also a Menace anthem to boot.

I'd recommend adding a bit more draw to your deck. I counted about 7-9ish effects that net you some type of card draw or advantage. Since you have a lot of token creating effects, I think that Skullclamp could be right at home here. I think getting about 3-4 more drawing effects in your deck could help it feel a bit more fluid & consistent.

I know I already mentioned them in my last comment, but Tocasia's Welcome and Plumb the Forbidden are both excellent draw options in token focused strategies. I use them both, along with Skullclamp in my Isshin deck to decent success. Tocasia's Welcome might look a little modest because it only draws once per turn, but is fairly reliable if you have a lot creature generating effects. A couple of repeatable draw effects will bolster the one-off and burst draw effects you already have.

Lastly, I'd recommend checking out Ogre Battledriver, since you have Ardoz, Cobbler of War in deck. Haste anthem volume is really helpful with the reliability of some of your big finisher creatures.

Happy to see another Isshin deck using those Musashi references. Kinda unfortunate most of the MtG Samurai don't work super well with Isshin, & you couldn't do Samurai tribal.

Your deck looks really solid overall. I don't think you'd have to change much, but I do have a handful of things for you to consider:
