Whenever you cast an instant or sorcery spell, you may pay UR. If you do, copy that spell. You may choose new targets for the copy.
Whenever another nontoken creature enters the battlefield under your control, you may pay GU. If you do, put a token that's a copy of that creature onto the battlefield.

@landot Maybe he got the Commander godbook from one of the Guillames? :P
Seriously though that is rather specific decklist. I'm guessing from the Salvation forums where most of these leaks come from or get posted on.

A lot of people have been asking about the new cards, so here they are:

Counter target spell. If that spell is countered this way, put it on the bottom of its owner's library instead of into that player's graveyard. Put Spell Crumple on the bottom of its owner's library.
