Precon with less than 10 lands and non-lands swapped:

------ NON-LANDS: 8 IN ------

Taurean Mauler, Masked Vandal and Metallic Mimic are added out of a desire to reinforce the 'Tyranids matter' and the +1/+1 counters themes.

Greater Good is a strong green card draw option that matches the flavour of the deck which is also a free sacrifice outlet for when the Tyranids with +1/+1 counters on them need to die instead of phasing out, being exiled or being taken by a threaten effect.

Not of This World seems an immensely flavourful way to protect the Tyranids.

Primal Growth is a flavourful ramp card which remains relevant when drawing it in the late game as sacrificing a creature with +1/+1 counters on will draw a card with the The Swarmlord in play.

Fervor and Invigorating Hot Spring help improve the haste sub-theme.

------ NON-LANDS: 9 OUT ------

Tyranid Invasion, Goliath Truck, Genestealer Locus Ghyrson Starn, Kelermorph, Lictor, Bone Sabres, Shadow in the Warp, Toxicrene and Gargoyle Flock are the new cards that, sadly, did not fit the themes which are being showcased here more clearly. Luckily most of them make it straight into other decks!

------ LANDS: 10 IN ------

Dreamroot Cascade, Stormcarved Coast and Rockfall Vale as well as Rejuvenating Springs, Spire Garden and Training Center are important additions to improve the manabase and avoid non-games due to colour-screw. These cycles should, in my opinion, be included in precons every time.

Waterlogged Grove and Fiery Islet round out the duals and mitigate against flood.

Cavern of Souls is a powerful tribal land.

Reflecting Pool is an untapped tri-land.

------ LANDS: 9 OUT ------

Cave of Temptation, Thornwood Falls, Rugged Highlands and 4x Island and 2x Mountain all get cut for being a bit slow or failing to impress. The Temples, Frontier Bivouac, Terramorphic Expanse and Evolving Wilds are ETB tapped lands which would have been cut if not for the sweet art.

These upgrades to the manabase are expensive because WotC is continuing to use artificial scarcity to incentivise us to buy more packs. The two land cycles added here (two or more opponents, two or more lands) are especially egregious as these are important untapped manabase smoothers which can be ~£10 each. Absurd. The price of untapped duals shouldn't be a barrier to a good time.
