This is my first standard deck in a long time, so I am sure it is a bit rusty. Suggestions are welcome, though please know I am working on a budget.

I built this deck around Ornithopter or Darksteel Citadel + Ensoul Artifact and Chasm Skulker + Warrior's Lesson or Ordeal of Thassa or Divination.

Turn 1: Elvish Mystic - Hero of Leina Tower - Ornithopter

Turn 2: Ensoul Artifact - Ordeal of Thassa - skip to Turn 3 if Elvish Mystic is in Play

Turn 3: Chasm Skulker - Setessan Oathsworn - Dissolve - Divination

Turn 4+: Use Warriors' Lesson and Solidarity of Heroes to Boost Hero of Leina Tower , Chasm Skulker, and Setessan Oathsworn . Divination and Ordeal of Thassa also pump Chasm Skulker while generating card advantage.

Late game Prognostic Sphinx hits consistently and his scry 3 lets you get that perfect top deck draw each turn. Genesis Hydra is a big fatty and lets you grab another permanent and put it into play.

Aqueous Form allows your heavy hitters to slide through unhindered an boosts Setessan Oathsworn and Hero of Leina Tower , plus the scry ability is none too shabby. Dissolve works well as control and protection.

This deck is very similar to Life's Legacy above, but I wanted a slightly cheaper albeit weaker version.
