A deck for the Sorcerer format, using Urban Evolution as its sigil. Urban Evolution allows us to refill our hand and ramp our lands, and with the ability to repeatedly cast it, this can drown our opponents in card advantage.

In fact, that will be the theme of this deck: the wisdom mechanic (how many cards we have in our hand). This deck runs lots of repeatable card drawing effects, as well as cards that take away our maximum hand size.
