Mannichi the Fevered Meme excels at making some things oddly valuable whilst pooping on other normally pretty solid cards. It also excels at sitting back and messing with the other warring states' leaders during their combats ensuring that threats are eliminated, created or turned to Mannichi's side. There is no one win condition, I've put Mister Myojin in as a win condition himself paired with one of my board wipes. He's less likely to happen though and what will probably happen is you end up swinging one opponent too heavily into the others so that when its time to poke conniving Mannichi you've nothing to stop them. However, with finesse you can either win with straight aggro with the evasion and pumps or as is far more fun using Braid of Fire or either of the mana doublers to Blaze a battered last-stander in the face. Alternatively, if all else fails you Insurrection and win because that's what red decks do when their gimmicks fail...

Remember that a meme must be subtle in its appeal but sharp and devastatingly effective to those who use and understand them correctly.

Also swinging in with an unblockable Ogre Menial with Slagwurm Armor on it is pretty stupid.
