Idea for a self-mill Oathbreaker deck. Leveler wipes out your library all at once, putting you in range to win with either Lab Maniac or Jace, Wielder of Mysteries. Spell Crumple + Tunnel Vision also eliminates all but one card from your library. Cards like Enhanced Surveillance and Perpetual Timepiece get cards into your graveyard as well as giving you another shot if you mill Maniac. Use counterspells to thwart any last-minute attempts to kill your win conditions, and draw lots of cards to stay in control.

Looking for advice on a good Signature Spell. I'm more used to Commander, so 60-card decks mean I have trouble trimming the deck down. Is there anything that should replace something in the main deck, either from the Maybeboard or otherwise?

I'm also trying to keep the deck relatively cheap, hence the non-inclusion of otherwise obvious picks like Cyclonic Rift and Mesmeric Orb.

This is my first time building an Oathbreaker deck, so I'd also appreciate some tips on how it differs from Commander in terms of general deckbuilding.
