'Take Control' is a deck designed to use your opponent's win conditions against them. You can sit on your hands until you see your opponent drop key cards that you want, or you can steal cards right out of the air as they're being cast.

The deck contains many combos that can work off of one another or independently.

Omniscience>Heavy Card Draw>Storm>Extra Turns, is just an example of the spell acceleration that's possible with the deck.
