Give creatures +1/+1 counters, they get haste, swing in for damage. Simple yet fun, and very budget. I've seen other Exava decks but they've always been a little too "unleashy" for me, I like to be able to protect myself. As a general rule I don't care for Rakdos, but I love Exava, in fact she's one of only three Rakdos legendaries that I like the other two being Grenzo, Dungeon Warden and Olivia Voldaren.
