This is a mono black control deck helmed by Horobi, Death's Wail, an obscure commander from Champions of Kamigawa. In my opinion, Horobi's extremely underrated. Sure, they're not cedh good, but their effect allows us to consistently remove our opponents stuff while not having to worry to much about them because they're four mana and easily recastable, which is pretty solid. So this is basically a mono black control deck that wins by recurring our opponents stuff or with a Revel in Riches. What are your thoughts on this deck? Do you have any suggestions?
