Mono-Blue Leovold with Timetwister as an enabler to strip opponents' hands and reset. Starting life total is 20 in this format so we're thinking token beatdown seems to be the most promising win condition (currently excluded for testing). How does it win you might ask? Well, it doesn't at the moment... Looking for any and all suggestions as we need help deciding on win conditions! Most of the relevant mana rocks are banned in this format, so my first instinct was to run IsoRev and loop Twister but I'm not sure how often we can actually pull that off.

Windfall can be replaced for Timetwister if you're on a budget for a similar effect, except you wouldn't be getting the shuffle effect.
