A $25 budget build of Maralen of the Mornsong, not including the price of the commander, basic lands, or price of shipping, as recorded on 9/20/21 on tcgplayer.

Fairly basic build, no defined win condition as my playgroup despise aristocrat style decks. Its mostly just designed to win through attrition and just trying to assemble a win as it goes, so the options are fairly toolbox-y. Some lifegain to offset Maralen's life loss, all the protection I could afford, and some graveyard recursion, ramp, and card-to-hand effects to try and break card advantage symmetry without drawing.

Suggestions are welcome, but since this is budget, it can't really be anything over $0.25 unless replacing something else that is more expensive than that.
