This deck was never anything more than looking to have fun and be a bit of a troll in larger EDH games. From memory I'm not sure there ever was a central win condition in here, it was all about just being an irksome jerk at the table. Starting out with pieces from one of the Commander 2014 pre-con, some 2nd Edition and other bits and pieces laying about, as well as some of my most favourite blue cards (Traumatize in EDH is a bit harsh, right?).

This deck has kind of found it's way these days; tapping down opponents, return-to-hand and copying creatures. Other than that just fun Blue pieces.

The deck really is intended to be played for far larger settings and still has no planned win-con, other than the spiritual win of being a pain in the ass at the table.
