As the name suggests, a mix of Dinosaurs and Dragons with a few Phoenixes thrown in for good measure.

Playability Results - Alena and Halana

Halana, Kessig Ranger and her life partner Alena, Kessig Trapper are a complimentary, self-explanatory, and deadly team. Naturally they are vulnerable to Removal and Prison tactics, yet since there are two of them your opponent must expend double to deal with them - meaning one of them will most always be at your side. As seen, their abilities feed off each others, which means that, given the generally high Power level of all creatures, Halana should be able to bolt-equivalent enemy creatures most every turn. Better still, they combo beautifully with Dark Depths: cast a creature with 5 power then activate Alena's ability, then pay 2 to use Halana's and the remaining 3 to remove an ice counter from Dark Depths; or cast a creature with 6 power and remove two ice counters. Either way, dread Marit Lage will rise.

Playability Results - Klothys

Klothys, God of Destiny whose special Burn/Lifegain power is as restlessness as it is, over time, effective. Friends have told me that the deck almost plays itself thanks to Klothys, for as long as nonland cards exist in someone's graveyard then you gain two and your foes all take two on your turn no matter what. Better still, Klothys is a nightmare for Graveyard Matters decks since her Burn/Lifegain power is fueled by exiling any nonland in any graveyard you want. I do not claim this deck to be top-tier, but it never loses quickly or quietly either. How could it, when destiny is on your side?
