Needs some dual color lands, but otherwise seems okay. Maybe could use more sources of no hand size limit (I would recommend Decanter of Endless Water over Thought Vessel since the colorless mana costs in this deck are very low) but just keeping the 7 best cards in hand would probably be fine regardless.

The primary goal is really about dealing 21+ damage each player with Feather so they lose off of commander damage (pumped by instants/sorceries and aided by things like Kediss, Emberclaw Familiar. Most other creatures contribute to alternate win conditions of dealing direct damage to opponents whenever you play instants/sorceries (Erebor Flamesmith, Kessig Flamebreather, Firebrand Archer, etc etc.) though some act as commander stand-ins in case your Feather gets removed somehow (Anax and Cymede, Swiftblade Vindicator, etc etc.) though I recommend trying to make sure you hold back enough mana to feel you can keep protecting Feather between turns. Casual commander, casual deck, casual games, have fun with it!
