Invigorating Hot Spring
This enters the battlefield with four +1/+1 counters on it.
Modified creatures you control have haste. (A creature is modified if it has equipment or aura attached to it, or has counters on it.)
Remove a +1/+1 counter from this: Put a +1/+1 counter on target creature you control. Activate only as a sorcery and only once each turn.

Great build! +1/+1 Counters is probably the most open-ended theme to build around, so you have plenty of options to choose from. Here are some suggestions:
To increase card draw in your build, consider Harmonize, Blessing of Frost, Garruk, Primal Hunter, Return of the Wildspeaker, Rishkar's Expertise, Shamanic Revelation, Hunter's Insight, Hunter's Prowess, Soul's Majesty.
If you want to bolster 's presence on your deck, consider Halana and Alena, Partners, All Will Be One, Grumgully, the Generous, Taurean Mauler, Boros Charm (another defensive spell), Naya Charm, Invigorating Hot Spring and Kessig Wolf Run.

Feel like you might need a bit more card draw.

Never heard of a commander deck with this thing. I never even seen this card too. Looks really cool.
Here is what Chat GPT says about it. This is the first part, then the suggestions for cards. I can't think of anything, so maybe AI could!
Here are some suggestions to improve the decklist:
Increase the number of lands: With a high mana curve, you may want to add a few more lands to the deck. A good rule of thumb is to include 37-38 lands in your Commander deck.
Add more ramp: Ramp is important in a Commander deck, as it allows you to play your spells faster. Consider adding cards like Kodama's Reach, Cultivate, Farseek, and Nature's Lore.
Add more card draw: Card draw is important to ensure that you have the resources to cast spells and stay ahead of your opponents. Consider adding cards like Harmonize, Elemental Bond, and Rishkar's Expertise.
Remove some of the weaker creatures: While having a lot of creatures can be good, it's important to make sure that each creature serves a purpose. Consider removing some of the weaker creatures, like Wily Bandar and Scrounging Bandar.
Add more interaction: Interaction cards are important in Commander, as they allow you to deal with your opponents' threats. Consider adding cards like Chaos Warp, Beast Within, and Return to Nature.
Consider adding more tribal synergy: With a lot of primates in the deck, consider adding cards that have synergy with primates, like Kongming, "Sleeping Dragon" and Hanweir Garrison.
Upgrade some of the weaker cards: Consider upgrading some of the weaker cards in the deck. For example, Liquimetal Torque could be replaced with Sol Ring, and Broken Bond could be replaced with Nature's Claim or Krosan Grip.
Consider adding a win condition: While the deck has a lot of good creatures and interaction, it may benefit from having a clear win condition. Consider adding cards like Overrun or Craterhoof Behemoth to give the deck a powerful finisher.
Here are some suggestions for cards to consider via Chat GPT.
Liquimetal Torque: This card is not very impactful and could be replaced with a more useful ramp spell like Kodama's Reach or Cultivate.
Aid from the Cowl: This card is very situational and doesn't have a big impact on the board. Consider replacing it with a card that has a more reliable effect, like Harmonize or Rishkar's Expertise.
Silverback Elder: While this card has a decent body and can gain you some life, it doesn't have a big impact on the game. Consider replacing it with a card that has a more powerful effect, like Craterhoof Behemoth or Overrun.
Kird Ape: This card is not very impactful in Commander, as it is only a 1/1 creature. Consider replacing it with a card that has a bigger impact on the game, like a ramp spell or a removal spell.
Simian Sling: While this card can deal damage to your opponent, it requires a lot of setup to be effective. Consider replacing it with a removal spell or a card that has a more reliable effect.
Towering Gibbon: This card is very situational and doesn't have a big impact on the board. Consider replacing it with a card that has a more reliable effect, like a removal spell or a card that draws you cards.
Invigorating Hot Spring: This card only gains you a small amount of life and doesn't have a big impact on the game. Consider replacing it with a card that has a more powerful effect, like a ramp spell or a card that draws you cards.

Have you thought about Invigorating Hot Spring instead of Rhythm of the Wild since it gives your tokens haste too. And, i would try to fix your mana base a bit. I count 9 lands entering the battlefield tapped, plus the ones that can enter tapped, if the condition is not met. Electrodominance reads good at first glamce, but you are not able to gain value out of its second mode since you have to chose x=0

Really like this build. Consider revisiting this with new cat tribal stuff like:
And more potentially coming in Dominaria United. This is a fire build where a few newer pieces such as these could make all the difference.
